One key, three machines

The licence key is the only credential. No password, no sign-in form, nothing to reset.

The free plan

Every installation starts free, with no account and no card: 2,000 words a week, every feature. The count is words actually typed, so if cleanup drops an “um”, you don't pay for the “um”. It resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC and the app shows what's left.

Activating

Open Account in the app and paste your key, or use Activate a machine on the account page, which hands it straight to the app. Spaces and lower case are fine — the key gets normalised for you.

Seats

One licence covers three machines at once. Re-activating a machine that's already on the licence never costs a second seat. To free one, sign that machine out from your account page. It drops to the free plan and keeps working.

Cancelling

Cancel from Manage billing on the account page. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop to the free plan. Nothing gets deleted.

If a payment fails

A failed renewal doesn't cut you off mid-sentence. Dictation keeps working for a few days while the card is retried, and the app tells you what happened instead of failing quietly.
