Vocabulary and snippets
Teach it the words you actually use
Custom vocabulary
Add names, products, place names and jargon in Settings → Vocabulary. Terms go to the transcriber as spelling guidance before it hears the audio, so “Takumi” stops arriving as “tacoumi”.
You can also record what a term sounds like when it's misheard. That pair goes to cleanup as a spelling table, so a mis-hearing gets fixed even when the transcriber gets it wrong.
Up to 500 terms. Piling in rarely-used terms dilutes the guidance, so keep the list to words you say.
Snippets
A snippet turns a phrase you say into a block of text: an address, a meeting link, a standard reply. Expansion is a literal substitution after cleanup, not a model remembering your details, so what gets typed is exactly what you saved.
Up to 200 snippets, each up to 2,000 characters.
Where this lives
On the free plan your vocabulary belongs to that installation. Activate a licence and it moves with you, shared by every machine on that licence. Nothing is lost in the move.
Per-app styles
If the style picked for an app isn't what you want, pin one. The choice is stored against the app name and applies on every machine on your licence.
